Provider Quality Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of a high-quality healthcare network, the full-time Provider Quality Associate will manage surgical quality reviews, analyze large data sets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal patient care in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surgical quality reviews and support the Quality Committee in certification decisions
• Maintain quality standards through provider recertifications and monitoring of post-operative complications
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the quality evaluation process for prospective Centers of Excellence

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience analyzing large data sets in a healthcare context
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/GSheets and data analysis; coding knowledge or CPC status is a plus
• Experience with healthcare billing and coding
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative skills to work cross-functionally with operations, data, and engineering teams
