Provider Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the provider recruitment function, the full-time remote Provider Recruiting Manager will develop and implement recruiting strategies, oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, and manage a team to attract and retain exceptional healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce needs
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and guiding hiring managers on best practices
• Lead and mentor the recruiting team, setting goals and fostering a collaborative culture to enhance recruitment effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including leadership experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for various roles, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and selection best practices
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
