Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Provider Recruitment Manager will manage a team of 8+ Provider Growth Associates, focusing on coaching, performance improvement, and strategic project leadership in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Provider Growth Associates, conducting weekly metrics-driven 1:1s and hands-on coaching
• Identify areas for improvement within the team and across the department to maintain high performance standards
• Lead strategic projects that enhance recruitment processes and support effective communication within the organization

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing a high-performing recruitment or sales team, with 5+ years in a relevant client-facing role
• Proven ability to utilize data and AI tools for analysis and workflow optimization
• Strong creative thinking and open-mindedness towards new approaches and solutions
• Hands-on experience in team collaboration, actively engaging with team members in daily tasks
• Empathetic leadership style, valuing team members as individuals beyond their performance metrics
