Provider Relations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance provider relationships, the full-time remote Provider Relations Manager will manage a medium to low complexity book of business, focusing on improving the overall provider experience through collaboration, strategic planning, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end provider experience and service delivery for assigned providers
• Proactively identifies opportunities and risks, driving resolutions to enhance provider relationships
• Creates and maintains strategic action plans for individual providers, educating them on Cigna's objectives and policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in provider relations preferred
• Claims administration experience preferred
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understanding of medical insurance products and associated provider issues
