Provider Relations Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing provider network, the part-time hourly Provider Relations Representative will serve as the initial contact for provider inquiries, resolve claims issues, and assist with recruitment activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to provider-related inquiries with exceptional service and timely responses
• Resolve provider claims issues, including fee schedule corrections and adjustment requests
• Assist in recruitment projects and maintain accurate provider demographic information

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Three or more years of customer service and administrative experience
• Preferred experience in a managed health care environment or provider relations
• Understanding of vision care insurance is a plus
