Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To support educational providers and enhance program success, the full-time remote Provider Relations Specialist will manage relationships with educational providers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure providers meet compliance standards and are approved for participation in scholarship programs
• Assist with onboarding new providers and support partner schools in enrolling students
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while addressing inquiries and providing support

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of experience in an office setting preferred
• Demonstrated success in relevant professional or life experiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
