Provider Scheduler

Job Summary

To support the Anesthesia team, the full-time remote Provider Scheduler will coordinate physician and APC/APP schedules, manage provider availability, and ensure seamless staffing coverage across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician and APC/APP schedules for assigned anesthesia facilities
• Collaborate with facility leadership to prepare and maintain provider schedules
• Ensure all shifts are covered, including emergent and urgent staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or attendance is a plus
• 3+ years of provider scheduling experience preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain established work hours and productivity in a remote environment
