Provider Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a fully remote team, the Provider Service Representative will manage telephone inquiries from providers regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing for Martin's Point USFHP and Medicare programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to verbal, written, and electronic inquiries with accurate information while educating providers on policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provider issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Document all provider inquiries and resolutions accurately according to established templates

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of customer service experience
• Previous experience in a medical billing position preferred
• Strong computer skills with high accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
