Provider Success Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing provider network, the full-time remote Provider Success Lead will manage the implementation of provider-facing tools, design and deliver tailored training programs, and serve as the liaison between providers and the product team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation of provider-facing tools, including project planning and risk management
• Design and deliver training programs for physicians and practice staff, ensuring alignment with practice workflows
• Track adoption metrics and provider satisfaction, translating feedback into actionable product requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, customer success, or training roles within healthcare technology
• Experience designing and delivering training to clinicians or practice staff
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and operations teams
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
