Job Summary
Responsible for accurate and timely ordering and tracking of network service implementations, the full-time remote Provisioning Analyst will manage provisioning for Cross Connect, Voice, and Data services while ensuring smooth order progression and high documentation quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place and manage orders for Cross Connect, Voice, and Data services with global carriers and vendors
- Track carrier progress for installations and oversee implementation activities to ensure timely completion
- Perform quality checks on order details and escalate issues to maintain data integrity and service readiness
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience ordering or implementing voice services (e.g., POTS, TFNs, DIDs)
- Experience in a telecommunications, network provisioning, or service delivery environment
- Fluency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and presentations
- Basic understanding of cabling and fiber infrastructure
- Familiarity with provisioning workflows used by global carriers
