Provisioning Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Firewall Hardware Partnerships team, the remote Provisioning & Order Support Specialist will manage day-to-day provisioning and order fulfillment tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of partner firewall hardware orders on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process partner firewall hardware orders in order management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support provisioning tasks, including serial number and license setup, while following established procedures
• Track orders through all stages, addressing holds, backorders, and exceptions until completion

Required qualifications

• Experience with order management systems or similar operational tools, emphasizing accuracy
• Ability to follow established provisioning procedures for licenses and account updates
• Strong organizational skills to manage order tracking and exceptions effectively
• Clear communication skills for providing order status updates and escalating issues
• Willingness to learn the Cisco ordering and provisioning process and contribute to documentation
