PSIRT Analyst - Cybersecurity

Job Summary

To support Wabtec Corporation's Product Security Incident Response Team, the remote PSIRT Analyst - Cybersecurity will manage the identification, assessment, and coordination of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and incidents affecting the company's global product portfolio while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage PSIRT intake channels for vulnerability reporting and security events
• Perform initial vulnerability validation, applicability assessment, and impact analysis for products
• Coordinate with internal teams during vulnerability investigations and participate in security incident response activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related technical discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, particularly in Vulnerability Management and Incident Response
• Strong understanding of CVE, CWE, and CVSS methodologies
• Experience performing vulnerability triage and impact assessments
• Familiarity with threat intelligence sources and cybersecurity incident response processes
