Job Summary
To support women's mental health, the remote Psy.D Licensed Group Therapist will facilitate telehealth sessions for perinatal and menopausal patients, leading five to seven groups per week while collaborating with the clinical team to enhance care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate 55-minute telehealth group therapy sessions focused on women's mental health
- Participate in collaborative consultations to improve clinical effectiveness and group curriculum
- Provide feedback and observations to enhance the therapeutic experience for group members
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed as a Psy.D with authority to practice under PSYPACT
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a telehealth setting
- Experience facilitating virtual group therapy, particularly for perinatal or menopausal populations
- Proficiency in evidence-based models of care such as CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
- Comfort with electronic medical records and virtual platforms
