Job Summary
To support individuals within the workers' compensation population, the fully remote PsyPact Licensed Psychologist will conduct psychological evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess mental health and well-being
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate the return-to-work process
Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- PsyPact Passport is required
- Experience working with individuals within the workers' compensation population is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
