Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of third-party applications integrated with Epic, the full-time remote PTP Solutions Analyst will configure, test, and troubleshoot applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, test, and maintain third-party applications integrated with Epic
- Perform quality assurance testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementations and system enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Epic Analyst experience
- EpicCare Ambulatory certification or proficiency preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with Ambient AI healthcare tools or provider dictation tools
- Experience supporting clinical workflows or training clinical users is preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and end users
