Public Health Analyst I
Job Summary
Providing program management and analysis support for the International Infection Control Program, the full-time remote Public Health Analyst I will assist with budget management, report on funding mechanisms, and develop records using CDC financial management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with budget/financial support and manage the Spend Plan Management Tool (SPMT)
- Report on funding mechanisms, expenditures, and project progress using the Unliquidated Obligations (ULO) Tracking and Management System (UTAMS)
- Participate in CDC response activities and training exercises to support the organization's mission
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field
- Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
- Expertise in project management tools and software, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a complex environment
