Public Health Analyst I
Job Summary
Providing mid- to senior-level data management support, the full-time remote Public Health Analyst I will manage help desk activities, assist with facility enrollments, and create user documentation for the Vaccine Surveillance Branch.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 help desk support for an average of 200 email tickets daily and assist users with digital credential acquisition
- Enroll facilities in the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) and triage Level 2 support to subject matter experts
- Create and maintain user support documentation and handle inquiries related to NHSN protocols and data reporting
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field
- Previous experience with government procedures and guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in public health or related fields is highly desired
