Job Summary
To support the Vaccine Surveillance Branch, the full-time remote Public Health Analyst I will manage data and help desk activities, providing technical support and assistance for facility enrollment and user inquiries related to the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN).
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 help desk support for an average of 200 email tickets daily and assist users in acquiring digital credentials
- Create and manage user support documentation for both internal and external audiences while maintaining electronic files for NHSN agreements
- Conduct technical assistance for NHSN data reporting and triage Level 2 support to subject matter experts as needed
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field
- Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in program analysis or public health (preferred)
