Public Health Program Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and operational integrity of integrated care programs, the part-time Public Health Program Coordinator will manage workflows, monitor performance metrics, and assist with documentation to enhance service delivery for underserved populations in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of Street Medicine, Enhanced Care Management, Housing Navigation, and Integrated Behavioral Health programs
- Monitor program workflows for compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, and assist in identifying operational gaps
- Provide support for public health initiatives, including data collection, reporting, and community engagement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least two years of experience in healthcare program coordination or related roles
- Experience working with underserved populations or in harm reduction and behavioral health services
- Basic understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement concepts
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, EHR systems, and data tracking platforms
