Job Summary
To support Payward's product strategy, the full-time remote Public Relations Manager will develop and execute integrated external communications strategies, focusing on enhancing Kraken's brand with professional traders, derivatives users, and institutional clients globally.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an external communications strategy aligned with Kraken's business goals
- Create communications materials tailored for professional and institutional audiences, including media statements and company announcements
- Expand Kraken's thought leadership positioning and build relationships with key stakeholders in the pro trading and derivatives space
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in communications programs, preferably in the crypto industry
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging for diverse audiences
- Experience managing communications challenges in a geographically dispersed workforce
- Strong background in mentoring and scaling communications teams
- Passion and knowledge of the crypto industry
