Public Sector Bid Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development and management of public sector proposals, the remote RFx Bid Manager will oversee the entire bid lifecycle for SaaS solutions, ensuring compliance and compelling content while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for public sector RFx processes and manage the content development for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs
- Coordinate and track all aspects of proposal preparation, collaborating with various internal teams and external partners
- Develop bid plans and schedules while participating in opportunity analysis and post-bid reviews to enhance process efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of proposal/bid management experience, specifically in the public sector within the tech industry
- Broad knowledge of Salesforce applications or similar cloud-based solutions
- Experience in technical writing for SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
