Public Sector Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Focused on building enablement strategies for public sector customers, the full-time Public Sector Field Enablement Manager will enhance field readiness, improve pipeline outcomes, and support account executives and field engineers in navigating federal and national security environments.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a prioritized public sector enablement roadmap supporting approximately 75 account executives and field engineers
• Increase adoption of role-specific certifications and skills for account executives and solutions architects to improve field readiness
• Create a feedback loop to align field needs with prioritized enablement programs and scale successful practices

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or technical pre-sales within the technology sector
• Experience supporting federal or national security agencies with knowledge of public sector procurement and compliance
• Proven ability to build and operationalize enablement functions in fast-paced environments
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior Sales and Field Engineering leaders
• Measurement-oriented approach to enablement with experience connecting skills to business outcomes
