Public Sector Partner Manager

Job Summary

Building and scaling ElevenLabs' Public Sector Partner Programme in North America, the full-time remote Public Sector Partner Manager will manage relationships with resellers, VARs, and systems integrators to deploy technology across government and education sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the public sector partner strategy, including relationship building, onboarding, and enabling partners to sell ElevenLabs products
• Design partner incentive and enablement models tailored to public sector procurement and compliance requirements
• Generate a qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities and scale the programme to meet North America growth targets

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and scaling SaaS or Cloud solutions in public sector markets
• 4+ years of experience managing VAR and SI partnerships in the public sector with a focus on revenue generation
• Deep understanding of government procurement cycles and compliance frameworks
• Experience creating partner motions from inception rather than inheriting established programmes
• Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products and explaining complex concepts to partners and stakeholders
