Public Sector Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Public Sector Senior Architect will provide technical leadership and expertise to support sales initiatives, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor solution engineers while focusing on strategic opportunities and customer needs in the public sector.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate technical and business trade-offs for multiple solutions to meet customer requirements
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist in the area of technical specialization, sharing knowledge through various channels
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to align F5 solutions with customer needs
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of related industry experience, with at least 5 years in a presales role
- Advanced knowledge of F5 solutions, modern applications, and AI infrastructure
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong background in Linux distributions and virtualization technologies
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; relevant certifications are a plus
