Job Summary
Owning the security compliance program for a federal project website, the 1099 consultant Information System Security Lead will manage continuous monitoring, Risk Management Framework documentation, vulnerability management, access control, incident response, and contingency planning in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Execute continuous monitoring tasks and maintain NIST and RMF compliance
- Conduct monthly vulnerability scans and oversee identity and access management systems
- Lead security incident response planning and maintain the Contingency Plan and disaster recovery procedures
Required qualifications
- U.S. Department of Education security clearance (Public Trust Certification) is required
- Experience with FedRAMP
- Experience with Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM)
