Public Trust Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support a Federal client with a business and IT modernization project, the remote Public Trust Full Stack Developer will build and maintain features for the ERAS Platform, developing backend APIs and frontend applications while ensuring high-quality, secure code delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop backend APIs using modern open-source languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript on cloud.gov infrastructure
- Build frontend web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Ember.js
- Write and maintain automated tests to achieve minimum 90% code coverage per sprint
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of software development experience, with proficiency in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React or Ember.js preferred)
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
