Public Trust IT Support Technician

Job Summary

Supporting the IHS PATH EHR MTK Team, the full-time Public Trust IT Support Technician will set up and configure Mobile Training Kits (MTKs), troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain accurate kit inventory while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and tear down MTKs, including hardware assembly and software installation
• Establish network connections and perform troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Verify kit inventory accuracy and maintain detailed records of setups and incidents

Required qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or four to six years of equivalent experience
• Must possess a valid PIV or the ability to acquire one at the start of employment
• Experience with incident, problem, and request management processes leveraging ITIL best practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience working in an IHS environment is preferred
