Job Summary
To support a government contract, the remote Public Trust Microsoft Intune Administrator will manage and modernize a multi-platform endpoint ecosystem, focusing on device lifecycle management, application deployment, and security compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee multi-platform device lifecycle management, including enrollment and configuration of Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS devices
- Package, test, and deploy applications across various platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies
- Act as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint-related technical issues, monitoring tenant health and remediating non-compliant assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of system administration experience or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management, with at least 2+ years focused on Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager integration, Windows Autopilot, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Endpoint Security baselines
- Ability to maintain a HUD Public Trust clearance
