Public Trust QA Engineer
Job Summary
To support a Federal client with a business and IT modernization project, the remote Tester (QA Engineer) will develop and execute test plans, ensure code quality through automated testing, and conduct accessibility and security testing to meet strict USDA standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for each sprint
- Conduct accessibility testing and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards
- Perform security and performance testing to validate system availability and response times
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of software quality assurance and testing experience
- Experience with automated and manual testing in an agile environment
- Proficiency with accessibility and security testing tools
- Experience supporting federal government IT projects preferred
