Job Summary
Supporting a Prime contractor and government customer, the full-time remote Lead Salesforce Technical Architect will define target architecture and technical standards while managing CRM case management, integration, and platform services to deliver secure and maintainable digital solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, configure, develop, and integrate Salesforce capabilities across various clouds and tools
- Translate business and operational requirements into practical technical solutions and support platform architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery with federal operating expectations and maintain clear technical documentation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in senior architecture or technical leadership, preferably in complex enterprise or government environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and development
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into maintainable technical outcomes
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
