Public Trust Salesforce QA Tester
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Public Trust Salesforce QA Tester will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to best QA practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality and configurations
- Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing, documenting defects and collaborating with technical teams for resolution
- Participate in release management processes and continuously improve QA methodologies and processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of general work experience, including three years in troubleshooting software
- Salesforce certification (Administrator preferred) and experience testing enterprise software solutions
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform and applications, with experience in Agile development processes
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Public Trust Clearance
