Public Trust ServiceNow Consultant
Job Summary
To support a leading organization within the ServiceNow ecosystem, the full-time remote Public Trust ServiceNow Consultant will engage in configuration, architecture, custom development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions while working 30 hours per week on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Lead workshops and documentation efforts to facilitate the integration and support of ServiceNow solutions
- Utilize development skills to customize and enhance ServiceNow functionalities for optimal performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience in an architectural role, specifically with IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Public Trust clearance (PTP) required
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (CIS-ITAM)
- Strong consultancy skills and experience in client-facing roles
