Working remotely in the USA, the full-time contract Public Trust ServiceNow Consultant will leverage over 10 years of ServiceNow experience to manage configuration, architecture, and custom development for ServiceNow solutions, requiring Public Trust clearance.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Conduct workshops, documentation, and demos to support the development and integration of ServiceNow applications
- Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients, enhancing their ServiceNow experience
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture
- Public Trust clearance (PTP) is mandatory
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and two CIS certifications including CIS-SPM
- Strong development skills related to ServiceNow solutions
