Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Public Trust SharePoint Specialist will administer and modernize SharePoint sites, manage digital content, and support users to ensure accessible patient safety information for program personnel and authorized users.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance SharePoint sites while managing digital content and resources
- Support users by troubleshooting issues and providing training on site functionality and workflows
- Implement accessibility standards and streamline content management processes using Microsoft 365 capabilities
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience administering SharePoint sites and developing user-focused content
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and document management
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility principles for digital content
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with program staff and technical support teams
- Must have the ability to obtain an active Public Trust clearance
