Job Summary
To support the Chesapeake Bay Program Office, the remote Public Trust UX Researcher will conduct user research and usability testing for the Chesapeake Assessment and Scenario Tool (CAST), collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the tool's interface and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with software designers and stakeholders to define research goals and priorities for the CAST application
- Identify research questions and select optimal data collection methods to inform the design of a spatially explicit CAST prototype
- Transform research findings into actionable insights and communicate results to inform design decisions and improve user experience
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Research or UI/UX Design for digital products or services
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Fluency in English
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
