Publication Operations Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of global scientific publication strategies, the remote Publication Operations Manager II will manage publication workflows, coordinate deliverables across teams, and ensure compliance with authorship guidelines in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate development and execution of global scientific publications, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
- Manage publication workflows in iEnvision Datavision, ensuring compliance with ICMJE authorship guidelines and Good Publication Practice
- Maintain project trackers for ongoing publications, priorities, action items, and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Medical Affairs publications or publication operations within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with scientific publication development and iEnvision Datavision publication management
- Knowledge of clinical study data interpretation and pharmacotherapy
- Familiarity with ICMJE authorship guidelines and Good Publication Practice
