Publisher Development Manager
Job Summary
Focusing on publisher acquisition and growth in EMEA markets, the remote Publisher Development Manager will identify, onboard, and optimize partnerships with sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, and content publishers to drive GMV for Amazon-side brands.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value publishers across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain
- Analyze and optimize the performance of existing EMEA publisher partnerships to unlock growth
- Manage technical onboarding for new publisher partners, including API integrations and troubleshooting tracking issues
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and understanding of affiliate attribution and tracking technology
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with ambiguity and entrepreneurial processes
- Based in the UK or Netherlands with fluent English required
- Familiarity with affiliate platform technologies (Impact, CJ, AWIN, or similar)
