Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchase orders and supplier communications remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure suppliers receive all purchase orders and that orders are complete and closed out
  • Maintain accurate ETAs and order quantities for branch and vendor purchase orders
  • Monitor and resolve past due vendor invoices to ensure accuracy in MRP and purchase orders
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
  • Basic understanding of algebra and statistics for SAP interpretation
