Driving Workday governance and platform innovation, the full-time PX Technology Operations Manager will lead audit controls, release strategies, and roadmap execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Champion the strategic governance and audit compliance framework for the Workday platform
- Spearhead weekly Change Control Board meetings to oversee release management and tenant refresh strategies
- Drive global feature adoption and continuous platform modernization through strategic roadmaps
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS/Workday environments under SOX audit controls or IT risk management frameworks
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, including release management cycles and system integrations
- Demonstrated expertise in executing IT General Controls (ITGCs) and managing audit compliance processes
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders
