Python Developer - AI Engineering
Job Summary
To support the development of AI-enabled applications, the remote Python Developer - AI Engineering will design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs, with a focus on integrating Generative AI workflows and building FastAPI-based REST endpoints.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs for AI applications
- Build and integrate Generative AI workflows using LLMs and RAG pipelines
- Develop FastAPI-based REST endpoints for file processing and asynchronous workflows
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of software development experience, particularly in Python backend development
- 1-2 years of experience with Generative AI or LLM-based applications
- Proficiency in building REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services, especially Vertex AI and Cloud Run
- Experience with data processing for structured and unstructured formats
