Job Summary
Leading a remote contract team, the Python Team Lead will manage backend development and integrations, ensuring high-performance services while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management for a team of engineers, overseeing backend features from design to production support
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Django, integrating with external systems
- Implement observability across integration flows, including monitoring, logging, and alerting, while supporting production issues
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of development experience with Python, focusing on API and system integrations
- Experience leading a team of at least 3 engineers
