QA Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the QA and Testing Analyst will independently analyze business and technical requirements, develop testing strategies, and perform functional and user acceptance testing for core credit union technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end technical analysis and testing lifecycle for multiple technology initiatives
• Create test plans and execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Develop risk-based test strategies and maintain detailed test documentation, ensuring traceability and quality control

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, testing, or application support
• Experience testing enterprise applications, APIs, and databases in a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of the software testing lifecycle and quality assurance practices
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, and Selenium
