Job Summary
A company is looking for a QC/QA Admin II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality monitoring observations on calls and written correspondence to ensure compliance with established standards
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results and assist in monitoring team performance
- Participate in calibration sessions, identify trends, and compile statistical reports on quality metrics
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in call center monitoring, quality assurance, or customer service
- Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement concepts
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform with skill and accuracy
- Experience with call center monitoring and quality assurance processes
