Job Summary

A company is looking for a QC/QA Admin II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality monitoring observations on calls and written correspondence to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Provide feedback on call monitoring results and assist in monitoring team performance
  • Participate in calibration sessions, identify trends, and compile statistical reports on quality metrics

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in call center monitoring, quality assurance, or customer service
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement concepts
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform with skill and accuracy
  • Experience with call center monitoring and quality assurance processes
