Job Summary
To support the modernization of a mission-critical Navy application focused on radiation exposure management, the remote QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts while collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality through both automated and manual testing.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for NAVREMS software and firmware
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, while tracking software defects through resolution
- Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation, ensuring compliance with security and operational requirements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, military experience, or equivalent technical/trade school background
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or test automation
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
