Job Summary
To innovate healthcare with cutting-edge technology, the remote QA Automation Engineer will design and implement quality engineering strategies for AI-enabled applications, focusing on automated testing and AI model evaluation while ensuring compliance and reliability of Generative AI and machine learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI/ML, GenAI, and LLM solutions
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional and AI-specific requirements
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Responsible AI principles
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing, with 3+ years in test automation development
- 2+ years of experience testing AI, machine learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
- Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, and Responsible AI principles
- Experience with API, integration, and data testing, as well as familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments
