QA Automation Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Automation Lead to enhance quality engineering practices and test automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive QA Automation strategy for a fully automated CI/CD pipeline
- Act as the primary QA leader, mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards
- Establish and track KPIs to continuously improve release quality, test coverage, and defect rates
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of QA/Dev experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead QA role
- Deep hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as RSpec, Cypress, Playwright, and Vitest
- Proven track record in building automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD tools
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, React, and HTML/HAML
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
