QA Automation Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of QA engineers, the full-time QA Automation Manager will ensure high-quality software delivery through manual and automated testing, while driving quality strategy and standardizing practices in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, overseeing their work quality and performance
- Establish and maintain QA standards, guidelines, and best practices across all teams
- Lead the expansion of automation frameworks and prioritize automation efforts for new features and releases
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in the health tech industry
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of QA engineers
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
