QA Engineer
Job Summary
To establish a strong testing culture, the remote QA Engineer will design and implement an automated testing strategy for a Bubble-based platform, focusing on writing functional, regression, and end-to-end tests while collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and build automated testing from scratch as the first dedicated QA hire
- Write end-to-end automated test suites for the Bubble app, including UI, workflows, and APIs
- Establish testing best practices and QA documentation while scaling the QA function
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Engineer in Test
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Hands-on experience writing automated tests for web applications
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms, with Bubble experience being a significant advantage
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies including JavaScript, APIs, and JSON
