QA Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the QA function across the software development lifecycle, the full-time QA Engineer will design test strategies, build automated testing frameworks, and partner closely with developers to ensure quality in a remote or onsite environment in Minnesota and select states.
Key responsibilities
- Execute testing and validate development work against requirements while verifying defect resolution before progression
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Build and maintain testing frameworks and tooling to empower the development team in writing effective tests
Required qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing automated test suites for web-based applications
- Proficiency with testing frameworks/tools in the .NET ecosystem, such as xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, or similar
- Strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages for test automation
- Experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases, including writing queries for test conditions
- Practical experience using AI tools for testing and building test infrastructure
