QA Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing fintech platform, the full-time QA Engineer will design and maintain automated end-to-end tests, apply evaluation frameworks for AI features, and partner with engineers to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, all while working remotely from the Dominican Republic.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated end-to-end tests for internal and external systems
- Apply evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-powered features to define quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for early quality signals
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years in QA or test engineering, with experience in automation-first environments
- Proficiency in test automation, including APIs and SPAs
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Playwright, and Jira
- Experience testing third-party implementations and Salesforce integrations
- Genuine interest in AI and a desire to deepen knowledge in testing methodologies
